Game Update #4 - Fusion Bosses, Ancient Donator Zone, T11/T12 Accessories

QOL / Adjustments

- Relicry skill revamp: 100 relic statues now spawn around the map; 4-6 players can loot each one before it disappears

- Relics now show on the minimap as an icon

- Added Relicry Rush Hour to the server bonus manager - for 1 hour, relics respawn every 10 minutes instead of 30 (same effect as the Relicry Rush extra-spawns daily bonus)

- Removed the gate from Lumbridge to Al Kharid for easier Relicry access

- Elysian Raid progress revision; added the ability to choose which boss you want to spawn inside the raid

- Raids party logic changes/fixes - you can no longer join someone's party for a raid you haven't unlocked

- Added the ability to pay for boss unlocks through the instance ticket interface (click the red boss name text)

- Supreme Barrows changes: added coffer, ::barrowstips toggle for the text overlay, ::fontsize 0-4 to change overlay size, ::toggleshake to toggle barrows shake, and removed the out-of-combat requirement to use the stairs

- Clue scrolls revamped: all tiers now work the same - only 100k to reset, only 3 steps; Golden Spade / Ancient Spade always finish 100/1000 clues even if the dig isn't on step 3; resetting keeps you on the same step

- Added 2 NPCs: Elda (at Crysta) and Larry (at Home), selling 3 new items for 2T each - Emerald Hatchet (extra ice shards), Iceshard Carver (faster chiseling and Crysta fountain) and Berries Basket (extra berries)

- Chest Crusher area is now AoE

- Claiming the last reward from ::streaks now claims all available previous rewards for you

- ::refboard is now clickable to claim referral rewards

- Fixed: ::ref BIS ring is now better than the Epic/Exclusive ring

- Uncut gems from skilling boxes are now stackable; added diamond uncuts

- BoB button under run/walk now opens the ::pets interface

- Fixed: occasional "you are already under attack!" message in ::globals that stopped your attacks and required reclicking
