Crystallization
Transform ordinary gems into crystallized shards — powerful consumables that fire on every hit during combat. The result is flat damage and drop-rate boosts that carry you straight through mid and late game.
Open the Skill
Click the Crystallization skill in your stats panel to teleport directly to the Crystallization Zone. Everything you need lives inside this single area.
Gather Ice Shards
Ice Shards come from chopping Ice Trees scattered through the zone. Bring an axe. Shards drop in stacks, so a steady chop session sets you up for hours of crystallizing.
Hunt Magma
Magma is collected from Magma Imps in the same zone. You'll need a Magma Net (from ::shops, requires level 60 Hunter) to catch them. Magma is the second core ingredient.
The Crystallization Fountain
Head to the Crystallization Fountain in the centre of the zone. Combine your Ice Shards and Magma at the fountain to crystallize your gems — sapphires and other supported gems transform into their upgraded form.
Refine with a Chisel
Use a chisel on the crystallized gems to refine them into shards ready for combat. These shards are the actual consumables that fire during PvM.
